Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Settlra Technologies Ltd platform and Services. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Settlra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

2. Permitted Uses

The Services are permitted for:

• Business-to-business (B2B) payments for legitimate commercial purposes
• Payroll disbursements to employees or contractors
• Supplier and vendor payments
• Marketplace seller payouts
• Remittance disbursements through properly licensed remittance operators
• Development and testing in the designated sandbox environment

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for the following:

3.1 Financial Crimes

• Money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements
• Terrorist financing or transactions involving sanctioned parties
• Fraud, phishing, or any deceptive scheme
• Processing stolen or fraudulently obtained funds

3.2 Regulated Activities Without License

• Operating as a money services business without appropriate licenses
• Accepting consumer deposits or acting as a custodian of funds
• Operating an unlicensed cryptocurrency exchange

3.3 Prohibited Business Types

• Online gambling or gaming without appropriate licenses
• Adult content platforms
• Drug paraphernalia sales
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
• High-yield investment programs (HYIPs) or investment scams
• Businesses primarily engaged in darknet marketplace activity

3.4 Technical Misuse

• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or access controls
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access non-public API endpoints
• Using the Services in a way that degrades performance for other customers
• Automated probing, scanning, or security testing without prior written consent

4. Responsibility for Downstream Use

If you use the Services to build products for your own customers, you are responsible for ensuring that your customers do not engage in any activities prohibited under this AUP. You must maintain appropriate terms of service and acceptable use policies for your customers that are at least as restrictive as this AUP.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@settlra.io. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, termination, or referral to law enforcement.

6. Enforcement

Settlra reserves the right to investigate any activity that may violate this AUP. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide relevant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.
